Jade Corporate Advisors Private Limited act as Financial advisors role is to support client's      funding solutions basic review of client's purpose of transaction, validiating submitted        documents    and offering a rough funding proposal, timeline to follow with the complete terms and conditions      of the Funds provider. (Lenders  / Banks) Once the Agreement entered between the Financial Institutions, Asset Management companies, Banks, and respective Institution decision are final          and client need to follow the signed agreement with Principal company (Borrower and Lender)          with  Deed of Agreement, Letter of Intent, Non-Disclosure Agreements any advance payment are        important legal aspects and borrower need to take personal responsibility to manage directly as     per the signed contract of Principal company and Borrower need to act as per the signed       agreement to do  follow up for Refund of deposit, If Escrow signed between Investor, borrower with   Escrow Agent, etc  A Financial Advisor is not at all responsible, for collection of such deposits,   Loan refunds, Loan EMI, Call back of Loan, closure of the loan, or any follow up for collection of   loans "ETC".
